About this session
In an era marked by climate volatility, pandemics, and geopolitical disruption, nonprofit organizations face a new imperative: digital resilience. This session explores how Boards of Directors can lead with intention in the face of rising cyber threats and operational fragility. Drawing from real-world data and strategic frameworks, participants will learn how to shift from legacy mindsets of speed and efficiency toward adaptive models that prioritize resilience, distributed innovation, and regenerative capacity. This is not a technical deep dive—it’s a leadership conversation about protecting mission-critical systems and public trust in a volatile digital age.
