Jeff Frey, PhD, is the author of FurtherFaster and a faculty member at Rice University, teaching in the Jones Graduate School of Business and the Glasscock School’s Professional & Corporate Programs. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Kent State, an MBA from Rice Business, and a PhD in Emotional Intelligence from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
