Advancing the Rice University Mission
OpenRICE is an initiative by the Glasscock School to offer relevant and timely expertise and insight, free and online, to the greater Houston community and beyond. Reflective of the wide-ranging nature of our educational programs, these single session experiences provide access to a broad cross-section of subjects to help participants gain a greater understanding of a multitude of topics, and stimulate further thought and deeper study.
Initially, the series focused on the enormous transformations taking place in work, learning and life as the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds. Today, OpenRICE has evolved to address new and emerging topics of interest to our community.
